What we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect the name, the work email, and the enquiry text you type. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, which include your IP address and the pages you request. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we hold it
We use your enquiry details to reply and to scope the work you asked about. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and, where you start a contract, steps taken at your request.
Review: confirm the lawful basis with your adviser, and add consent wording if the form is ever used for marketing.
How long we keep it
